The Step = Faith

"All that is required is enough faith to take the next step!"

A vision and a goal comes to pass one step at a time.While at the gym this past week I realized something……Well I guess better stated is that I now understand how significant a word from God which was dropped into my spirit last weekend actually is. In the spiritual realm, we speak about taking a step of faith and trusting God while completing the tasks at hand However, do we realize how momentous that moment in time that is, that moment when we choose to take a step in route to accomplishing a dream, goal and vision. That initial step of faith! For me recently, that initial step required me to organize and write a date on the calendar for the inaugural Gain Through Givings referral group, a idea that was downloaded to me from God a few weeks back. When trying to accomplish any worthwhile dream or goal “all that is required is enough faith to take the next step. A vision and a goal comes to pass one step at a time.” That I feel is the part that we forget must occure before the manifestation of any grand “Accumulative Effect” can occur in our lives! We have to start the process at some point and we have to keep the process moving once started as well. I had to pick a date and no matter who or what occurs between now and then I have to keep moving forward step by step in faith.

Unfortunately we can’t just teleport to destination “goal completed”. For those, including myself, that always try and “put the cart before the horse,” we have to realize that there is a journey that is required to reach every destination we set to reach for ourselves. We have to consistently be willing to take the next step, another step, one more step, steps of faith even when we can’t see if there is a foundation to support us on our next foot hold. I know we both have enough faith for one more step ;-)
